• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating the resumes, cover letters, role suggestions, interview questions, and feedback you request.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your resume content or other personal data to train, fine-tune, or improve any underlying AI model.

4 AI Processing of Your Content

To generate the outputs you request (such as an optimized resume, an ATS compatibility analysis, a cover letter, or interview feedback), the content you submit is sent to a third-party AI system we use for processing. This transfer happens for each request and is limited to what is needed to generate that specific output. Our AI provider processes this content under its own data handling terms. GuessToYes itself does not use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model.

5 Legal Basis for Processing

Where the law of your country requires us to identify a legal basis for processing your information, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of our contract with you (providing the Service you signed up for), our legitimate interests in operating and improving a secure and effective platform, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under obligations to protect it, including:

• AI processing providers — to generate the content, analysis, and feedback you request.
